Terms of Service

By using Willu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Willu provides tools to create a wedding invitation page, share a link, and collect guest replies. We may update features or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.

Accounts

Hosts must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you publish (names, photos, location, messages shown to guests).

Guest replies

Guests submit replies voluntarily with their name and attendance choice. Party size is limited to the guest plus at most one plus-one.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Willu for unlawful, harassing, or misleading purposes.
• Upload content you do not have rights to (e.g. others' photos without permission).
• Attempt to access other users' data, scrape the service, or abuse reply endpoints.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Draft previews are private to you until you publish. Published links may stop working if you delete your wedding or we suspend abuse.

Disclaimer

Willu is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for wedding-planning decisions, guest communications beyond the product, or issues caused by third-party services (e.g. email providers, maps links you add).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to Willu is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero for the free tier).
