Privacy Policy

Willu (“we,” “us”) helps couples share a wedding page and collect guest replies. This policy describes what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Hosts (couples): email and password via our auth provider; wedding details you enter (names, date, location, optional photo); theme and publish settings.
• Guests: name, attendance choice, party size (you plus at most one guest), and optional message when they reply on your invite.
• Technical: standard server and security logs (no guest emails in production application logs).

How we use it

• Display your public invite and save guest replies for the host.
• Authenticate hosts and protect accounts.
• Improve reliability and prevent abuse (e.g. duplicate replies, rate limits).

Who can see your data

Published wedding pages are visible to anyone with the link. Guest replies are only visible to the couple who owns the wedding — not to other guests on the public page.

Storage & processors

Data is stored using Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage for couple photos). Infrastructure may be located in the United States or other regions where our providers operate.

Retention

We keep wedding and guest-reply data while your account and wedding exist. You may delete individual replies from your dashboard. Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Guests should contact the couple to change a reply; hosts can manage data in the dashboard or email us.
